Vostok Brand History: Vostok was founded in 1942. It got its start when one of the First Moscow Watch Factory’s watchmaking plants got evacuated to Chistopol. They create mechanical watches with rugged military aesthetics, movements, and clocks. It produces its own mechanical movements, and supplies movements for other brands as well. Made in Russia.

The Caspian sea Monster collection is dedicated to the Ekranoplan KM (Ground Effect Vehicle) airplane – the biggest vehicle of this type ever designed and still holding the record for lifting the heaviest load off the ground. The Ekranoplan watches were the first Vostok Europe watches with tritium tubes, 20 atm water resistance and the first watches with custom-made integrated silicon strap ever created by Vostok Europe.
