Porter Classic Collaboration Limited Edition of 500 pieces

Limited to only 500 pieces worldwide, this watch design has been created in collaboration with the ‘Porter Classic’ brand, taking inspiration from the ‘Laurel’ – Seiko’s, and Japan’s, first ever wristwatch.

Porter Classic is an inherently Japanese menswear label which shares core values with Seiko Presage – preserving Japanese craftsmanship whilst maximising modern technology and art; artisanal philosophies resulting in timeless designs.

With a super-hard coating, the case design of this watch is inspired by the almost pocket-watch style of the 1913 Laurel. Under a box sapphire crystal glass, the black enamel dial features a subdial at 6 o’clock. The caseback features a silhouette of one of the Porter Classic founders, Katsuyuki Yoshida. It’s accompanied by a slim, glossy black Cordovan leather strap, with an additional brown cordovan leather strap option within a special black stained Paulownia wooden box.

This compact timepiece is powered by an in-house built 6R5H movement that is accurate to -15/+25 seconds per day, with a power reserve of 72 hours.
